We will thoroughly investigate your roof and associated flashings for water infiltration. We will determine the overall condition of your roofing and flashing materials. We’ll then discuss with you the various options, recommend to you what we deem to be most viable of these options, and educate you on the rationale behind our recommendation.

Rest assured our recommendations about how to handle your roofing problems will be based on YOUR NEEDS, YOUR WANTS, and YOUR BUDGET, not our desire to make money. We simply don’t work that way. We quote all of our work UP FRONT, IN WRITING and await YOUR APPROVAL before any work begins.

In most cases roof repairs can be handled on the spot. Whether the repairs involve replacing some shingles;  installing a patch in a modified bitumen roof, built-up, EPDM, metal or cedar shake roof; installing new flashing; or simply applying roof cement or caulking we promise you that we will be neat, timely and respectful to you and to your home.

If the condition of your roof dictates that a full or partial replacement is in order we will educate you on the various roofing products that are available to you, and work to assist you in making the right product choice for your home. We’ll provide you with PRODUCT BOARDS, COLOR SAMPLES, and MANUFACTURER’S LITERATURE. We’ll teach you to make use of ONLINE LITERATURE and PRODUCT SELECTION TOOLS so that you will be comfortable with the styles and colors that you select.

Rest easy when your Pro-G Roof Installation Team shows up to your home. WE TREAT EVERY HOME THAT WE WORK ON AS IF IT IS OUR OWN. We will walk the property with you, making note of the best locations for materials delivery, dumpster placement and equipment set-ups. We’ll cover your landscaping and yard in locations where existing materials must be dropped. We will tarp, or otherwise protect, any part of your home that could be harmed during the removal of existing roofing materials.

We’ll use a blower to tidy up your walkway and hardscaping. Finally, we will go over any and all parts of your property that may have received debris with a magnetic broom to pick up any nails that may have escaped our clean-up efforts. We are so good at protecting your property that OUR MAGNETIC BROOMS OFTEN PICK UP MORE ROOFING NAILS FROM PRIOR INSTALLERS THAN FROM OUR OWN.
